FEES

Fees for psychological therapy and counselling are to be paid in full on the day of service.  For more information on fee structure please contact Heather on 0400 747 433.

REBATES

If you are referred by your GP under a Mental Health Treatment Plan (Item 2710) the Medicare rebate is $87.45 for a maximum of 10 sessions per calendar year.

Private health insurance rebates are variable. Please contact your health insurance provider to find out whether your extras policy covers services provided by a Registered Psychologist.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment is to be made on the day of service and can be made by cash or electronic payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

24 hours notice is required to change or cancel your appointment.

If you do not attend an appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice then you may be charged for the appointment.

Please note that this policy is in place as counselling appointments are highly sought after. If you give sufficient notice then it allows the opportunity for someone else to attend who may have been waiting for an appointment.
